"I had a horrible experience with this office. My biggest problem with them was getting a hold of someone. The never answered their phones, (when I called). Thank God I never really needed them for emergencies etc.. We had 2 cars that we insured with them for about 2-3 years. Autopay every month at $132. Six months ago, we’d dropped one of the cars, and the policy. Nightmare getting through to someone for that. After that, my policy left from $132 for two cars to $169 for one car. I called multiple times to try and get an explanation. Someone finally called back and left a voicemail that I lost some kind of a two vehicle discount. Auto paid it for months till I decided to shop around. For the same policy with other big name companies, the highest quote was $103. Again, I tried calling this local office multiple times. They never answered their phones! Just that horrible service caused me to go with another company"
